The Astrophysics Centre for Multimessenger Studies in Europe ACME EU-funded project has officially launched its online platform for virtual access to multi-messenger expertise. This platform is now available to support the scientific community by providing access to expert guidance in the following areas:

  • Expertise in multi-messenger observatories, and advanced data analysis and tools
  • End-to-end support for multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observations of transient sources
  • Theoretical expertise and tools to help interpret data

These services are offered through the six ACME Joint Centres of Expertise (JCE), each specializing in one of the following domains: Gamma-rays, Gravitational Waves, Neutrinos & Cosmic Rays, Optical & Near-Infrared, Radio, and X-rays.

Users are invited to register on the platform and submit a request via the ticketing system in the relevant domain. Each inquiry will be addressed by one or more experts from the respective Centre, who may respond directly within the ticket or propose a follow-up via phone or video call.

There are no access restrictions to the Virtual Access platform. Please note, however, that responses will be provided on a best-effort basis, typically within a few days to one week, depending on expert availability.
