The Astrophysics Division of NCBJ coordinates the development of the BHTOM system and oversees its operations. NCBJ contributes to ACME by providing automated photometric data pipelines, target scheduling services, and scientific expertise in time-domain optical astronomy. It also supports community access to BHTOM.
