This is the second ACME workshop. It will will focus on upcoming observations by the Rubin Observatory and their connection to the multi-wavelength and multi-messenger sky. In this context, several observatories will be presented, and current results as well as future prospects for observing a variety of transient sources will be discussed. The workshop will also provide information on tools that can help coordinate efforts to observe the transient sky.
Abstract submission remains open until 31 July and registration until 1 October. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Some financial support will be available for participants upon request. There is no registration fee.
