Multimessenger online data analysis is a platform to analyze data from various missions and combine them together in contributed workflows that are written as jupyter notebooks and rendered as an online service. Dedicated processing engines are provided for INTEGRAL, Polar, Antares, and a selection of public products from Gaia, HeSS, Magic, DESI legacy survey. It is developed and maintained in collaboration with APC and EPFL.
MMODA (https://mmoda.io/) provides data analysis services for a range of telescopes and astroparticle detectors (electromagnetic, gravitational wave, cosmic ray, neutrino channels) via an intuitive web front-end or via a Python API (for an expert mode use).
MMODA services are integrated with the EOSC project EuroScienceGateway, with some of the MMODA services available through the Galaxy platform (https://usegalaxy.eu/).
MMODA is developing using “crowd-sourcing” approach: registered users can add new online data analysis services for telescope and detector data analysis, modelling etc., via conversion of user-supplied data analysis workflows. The new service development environment is available via integration with collaborative data science platform Renku (https://renkulab.io/), see https://odahub.io/docs/guide-development/ for instructions how to add new services.
