UTR-2 is the telescope in Ukraine that has pioneered astronomical observations at the lowest radio frequencies down to 10 MHz. Even though the telescope has been damaged by the russian troops during the russian invasion in 2022, its data archive has been preserved.
UTR-2 data are currently proprietary. Work on adaptation of the data format, data visualization, catalogisation and metadata creation and organization of a data access service will be done by the team running the telescope.
This work will serve as the basis for the service that will provide access to the archival data and data analysis tools as well as the data of new observations that will restart once the necessary reconstruction work on the telescope will be completed. Similarly to other radio data archives, service endpoints and API will be integrated into the federated ACME platform.
